Anyone replace front Axle on a Roubaix to one with a Cam Lever?

The bike rack I'm thinking of getting requires the front tire to be removed - even to fit it in my small car, I have to do the same - and while it's not a big deal, it sure would be easier to do if it had a cam lever on the front axle vs. having to get my allen wrench everytime I want to take it off and put it on.

Wondering if anyone has swapped theirs out or has suggestions?
