Looking for Drarry fic with fake marriage for political reasons

I'm looking for this fic where Draco wants to run for Minister of Magic after some awful person gets elected, but he knows he's not popular enough on his own. He then tells Harry that they should enter a courtship and then get married, because Harry's Head Auror and with the two of them as a power couple, they'll be very popular. Harry eventually agrees but does feel guilty about lying to all of his children. Some stuff happens, the fic follows them over the course of a couple years. I remember that at one point, the current Minister of Magic bans all non-english spells and it eventually leads to Harry getting fired.

There's also another scene where Harry and Draco go to a zoo and Harry confesses that the Dursleys used to take him on family trips to the zoo and while Dudley always got a big bowl of ice cream, he never got anything. Draco then buys Harry ice cream and there's this really poignant line about how Harry had gone to zoo since his abusive childhood and made good memories, but no one ever bought him ice cream. The last part of the fic that I read was when they finally accepted their feelings for each other and tentatively started being a real couple.

This fic was a WIP on ao3, so I never bookmarked it, just subscribed to it. But looking through subscriptions on ao3 is a nightmare and I haven't found anything substantial when search WIP drarry fics with the fake marriage tag or fake relationship. I'm a little worried that it got deleted for some reason, so I'm really hoping that someone can tell me if they know what this fic is, thanks!
