pls send help, physics makes me wanna die

I started studying for my mcat yesterday, I test Sept 3rd. It took me an entire day to get through chapter 1 of my Kaplan book and watch the Khan Academy mcat physics videos and I comprehended literally nothing and got almost all the Khan Academy questions wrong...I got an A in both physics 1 and 2. I am really not sure what to do, besides going through my old course notes and re-teaching myself those like I did the first time around. I am thinking of getting UEarth maybe that will help? does anyone have any advice for what to do for physics... I'm two days in and feel incompetent af and idk what to do.
