Can't Buy PAYDAY 2 DLC

Hi there Heisters,

I'm writing this to see if anyone has a solution to buy the rest of the DLC which is unavailable to me on the steam store. Many of the post 2020 DLC have no price on them, while the Silk Road Collection shows as an option to purchase it doesn't proceed past the checkout menu.

First red flag, I live in Australia.

I bought PAYDAY 2 back in 2018 got most if not all the DLC up to 2019 then took a break from the game, I come back recently and find more achievements and more heists that I wish to own. Yes I could play online and obtain the achievements that way but to someone who has extremely high latency (+600ms) finds that impossible.

Is this just me or is it happening to others as well? I surfed reddit and google to find other cases and never found any. I found out about Ultimate Edition but it doesn't exist(?), my steam store consists of:

• PAYDAY 2 - Which I own of course
• PAYDAY 2: Legacy Bundle - Which I own
• PAYDAY 2: Silk Road Collection - I can't buy
• Bunch of unowned DLC - Some I can buy but most I cannot
• Bunch of Owned DLC

There are posts on steam about Ultimate Edition from OVERKILL but no actual edition.

That's all I the information I have, if there are any suggestions on how to buy the rest of the DLC I'll happily attempt to do so.

SS of my DLC page - N/A means I can't buy it

---Thanks in advance
