SEIU Local 1000 staff contact?

Hello! I'm seeking advice on how to connect to with the SEIU Local 1000 staff who helps members at my workplace. I have called the member resource line twice. They said the guy would call me within 48 hrs, but he hasn't (both times). My inquiry is related to my annual performance appraisal and duty statement.
