Why is Jack Harlow famous?

The title seems a little blunt but i don’t know how else to put it. He seems to be a pretty popular figure in pop culture and hip hop but I genuinely don’t know why. Aside from his song with Lil Nas X and What’s Popping I’ve never heard him been played on the radio or heard anyone say they like a song of his. And yet he has 50 MILLION Spotify listeners? How?
