My journey begins today!

Nothing to special just wanted to share my short story and my goals

So I was introduced to pornographic material in elementary school from some classmate, years later I’m 24 and still struggling.

But after a failed relationship and years of regret and guilt and shame I’ve decided enough is enough. It’s time to take my life back and get better. Starting my nofap journey today brothers!

I know even baby steps are progress, and sometimes setbacks can happen but not giving up and continuing to push forward is gonna be worth it in the long run, I’ll appreciate any advice and tips and support that you’ve got!
