Cheapest Place to Renew

My med card expires in about a month and I need to renew it (second time) so I have to go in and meet with them again. The place I got it is charging $165 for the renewal. *I have renewed it once at 6 months and that one was only $5, but the year one is the expensive one.

I know Utah’s laws are messed up but does anyone know of a cheaper place? Thank you in advance!
