Noopept 4mg sublingual 3-4x day. Am I safe??

Just curious. I notice coding can be much easier on it… like things just click more logically when I would have to consciously flesh out shit without it. I’m worried bc I’ve read some stuff about worsening memory on it? I can’t have that lol.
