Me (23F) and my LD BF(23M) had a weird situation

We watched the fourth episode of BCS through video call together. After we finished the episode I decided to get spicy and I took all my cloth off and he did the same. We started talking in normal daily stuff as a warmup instead of going quickly and dry. Everything was great and funny until the point when he decided to randomly open Google maps and look in Maine State streets??? For 15 mins?? While I am naked and start feeling horny? It's been a whole quiet 15 mins without me or him saying anything. After he finished looking at the maps, he opened our video call and laughed while saying haha sorry I got distracted. I get dressed up and I felt it insulting what he did because the last time we had sexual interaction I told him that I don't longer feel attractive and sexy to him anymore and he promised me that he will prove how attractive I am to him. I know it is a bit immature and funny but I have no idea why I started crying and feeling bad about myself, and he apologized many times to the point where I told him that it is fine and I am just being a drama queen instead of making him feel bad about himself.
