Another Chasm detail that I've heard many different thoughts on

So my thoughts that just speed bag my brain:

Osiris understands nothing... Stasis... Fully incorporated with the prediction, since it's not rotting...maybe became the observer.

Anyways I'm sure there is something better, I remember someone had told me a different way to think about this one, but I've forgotten...I know it was a straight shot at the fully incorporated idea, then became fully discouraged.

Edit: will say it seems like just prior to this chasm that there was a lot of success for the light, right after not so much.
