Shugoki vs Conq Matchup Tips?

Trying to figure out how to play it, felt smothered when I normally do the smothering. His dodge bash feels like it beats my heavy charge mixup, feinting it just to dodge bash loses too much stamina for 10 dmg. His light chain beats dodge bash, and I just don't have the reflexes to reliably block it without eating a few. His bash keeps my stamina low enough that normal feint-based gameplay might put me OOS, especially if I get bashed during it. Want to know some general tips, What I have that beats his frame-data out of certain situations.
