Getting Tilted

Chess Question

I love chess, I have a deep appreciation for it. But I literally can't play a game of chess without getting tilted the moment I lose. It just feels like I've wasted my time just to lose. I really think my anger issues are what's holding me back from progressing beyond 1600 in Lichess. Does anyone else feel the same way? How do you deal with it?
