Is it REALLY safe using a dishwasher for bottles?

Do you use a dishwasher for your bottles (sterilizing every week or two)?

And if you do, how do you load them? I know in the top, but do they get really clean?

Update: I will be using the dishwasher lol. As you may have deduced, I am too tired to respond to everyone, but thank you all for the reassurance that it is safe to do haha. This makes life 1000X easier
