Medication Withdrawal - Body aches

I decided I wanted some flavor in my life and stopped taking my meds. This is the first time I've noticed a reaction from the withdrawal. Today is the first day I've taken it again and I only stopped for a handful of days (not even a whole week.)

My body aches are intense and I don't feel comfortable in my skin. I'm cold and feel like shivering, I'm also slightly insomniac. I wanted to spread awareness in case someone might be going through this as well and don't want to feel alone. I thought I was going through a depressive episode because I've stayed in bed for the entire 14 hours of my day. But when I finally got up to get food, which I hadn't done all day, my body felt so much ache and fatigue that I wanted nothing more than to crawl back in bed.
