Nostril piercing bump constantly going away and coming back

I got my left nostril pierced in the middle of February and about a week later I noticed a bump. Cleaned 2x a day with sterile wound wash and it went away. The problem is ever since then it would go away for a few days and then come back. I cant seem to catch a break lol.

What’s odd about this to me is that in 2018 I got my right nostril pierced (my first facial/cartilage piercing) and was told not to do anything to it , I wasn’t instructed to clean it either, for 6 weeks and it healed completely fine. Whereas, for the left nostril, I was told to clean it and soak with the sterile saline solution and I’ve been having issues.

Because my other piercing healed so well by doing nothing to it, should I just leave it alone completely? I have a screw stud in it right now, it’s surgical steel, which all my other piercings have healed completely fine with, so I don’t think it’s an allergy.
