When the ex initiates no contact

Dumpee here. 4 months post break up 50 days no contact. Didn’t cheat or do anything heinous to be dumped. I didn’t harass her or text her constantly post break up. But we texted back and forth for about a month after the break up. I texted her one morning asking for a picture of our dog then she says replies

“when you text me, especially stuff like that it gives me overwhelming anxiety and I really need for you to stop” I reply “no texting at all?” She reply’s “what is the point John, it’s like a lot of pressure on me”

I never replied to that last message leaving and starting no contact per her wish. Have not got a text from her either. That was the first time she asked I stop talking to her.

I hate that she was the one to initiate no contact… is there anything I should say now we are almost 2 months no contact? I want her back.
