Any way to get unbanned

So I was playing cod last night with a friend who has not played cod in a while and today when he opened up battle net it said he was permabanned he submitted an appeal but after 3 hours got an email saying the decision is final!

(It might have something to do with GTA RP stuff since I have another friend who was banned on Valorent for stuff on that but he is getting unbanned soon)

All I'm saying is that I know for a fact he was not hacking and I literally ran in 3 people today who were walling, aimbot prestige 1 not banned but people who haven't even cheated get banned for no reason
