can we get fresh not to say "last thoughts" every half hour when heated debates are going?

Everytime i watch the after show for the last 2 months, fresh just wants to end the debates quickly and end the show for no reason. Even when its at a point where the girl is about to become red pilled. The only time i dont hear fresh say "last thoughts" is when the convo is about how she likes to sleep around and nothing confrontational by Myron.

Yesterday Myron was building up the tension so he can trigger them and have a good debate, and fresh every 15 min was like "last thoughts". It hurts the quality of the show.
