What are times when a character was COMPLETELY out of character?

I think of some moments like Rachel quitting NYADA, Blaine rubbing him dating Karofsky into Kurts face (After finding out Rachel and Kurt took Jane to New Directions guys.), Sue being nice, etc. Any moments like these?
