Entyvio: How long it took before it got better

I was diagnosed with UC last year. I have been flaring up since last six months. Mesalamine stopped working after six months of use. I already tried budesonide, mesalamine suppository, currently on Prednisone taper ( 5 mg per week), none of the meds so far were able to control bleeding, only the frequency was reduced to lesser number. Last week I had my second dose (2 weeks) of Entyvio. The very next day I was having much higher frequency bloody diarrhea. I dont have energy and am at the lowest weight ever. I don’t know if this is prednisone taper or Entyvio not working.

Please share your experience on how soon you started noticing difference after starting with Entyvio. I am very thankful for this support group.
