I wish Kim had just added that her weight loss was mostly water weight and not long term

Obviously her diet cutting carbs is unhealthy as someone who’s done Keto myself. That said, other celebs have the craziest diets to look good. I remember the VS models are only allowed to eat like liquid egg whites the week before and no water the day of.

Personally, I hate it more when celebs are like “I eat cookies and Ice cream and Cake just like you” while weighting no more than 18 BMI. I remember a famous singer always proclaiming on magazines that she loves to eat ( she was tail thin and size 0) and then years later revealed she had an eating disorder. It’s heartbreaking what she went through but I admire her for opening up about what other people skip over. As a kid, I felt so bad about myself seeing the skinniest celebrities ever claiming they ate so much.

The average person has like 10 lbs of water weight, when you do keto you usually lose quite a lot of water weight because carbs increase water retention. That weight is lost for a very short term amount of time and I wish kim had pointed that out so people would not emulate it. She was probably dehydrated the day of and that’s why she looked kind of “unhealthy” despite not being underweight looking. You will not look significantly thinner long term by cutting carbs. It’s pretty much what wrestlers do to get into their weight class.

What do y’all think? How do you feel about celebs who claim to eat like crazy but have very little fat?
