Promo vanished

Very weird in the last week promo have completely vanished after being available for the better part of four months. Obvious answer is a flood of drivers after recruitment or the conspiracy minded would be to flood the market to boost earnings for earnings report but I think that is this week so too late for that to be the case, and I think too soon for college kids coming home to drive. Any other thoughts or experiences ?
