REVIT MEP reducing combination wye 8” bend

Hey guys do you know in REVIT MEP if there is a combination wye that actually works? I’ve tried the one that is in Revits families library for fittings and it wants to put on a reducer when I use it. I’ve went to Charlotte Pipe, Tyler Pipe and Spear and they seem to have their issues as well. Spears combination seems to work okay and some areas it doesn’t want to add the fitting. Thanks
