Ed Begley Jr must be really good at comedy. And, once again, we saw that Jimmy missed his true calling.

Last night's episode was hilarious. Kim is the brains behind our scamming duo. But Jimmy did an excellent job at orchestrating their latest scam. Charismatic, persuasive, and resourceful, while showing great attention to detail. Jimmy should have been an actor, director, or Hollywood agent (which is the inspiration behind Odenkirk's portrayal of Jimmy).

Cliff buying into that spectacle, with a straight face, was as hilarious as watching Jimmy pull up that signpost. The seed is being planted with him. I knew just enough about Ed Begley Jr to recognize his face when he first appeared in S2. But all I knew about him is that he appeared on St Elsewhere. Not a show I watched when I was just a kid. Cliff has really moved up on my list of favorite recurring characters. Can't wait to see his next scene with Howard. Lots of comedic potential there.

It was also nice to get a glimpse of Howard's home life. I'd be quite surprised if she doesn't show up this season. Maybe we'll learn more about Senior Hamlin.
