Makes no sense

I recently saw a post about the fact that the pump no longer deals 200dmg headshot(not sure how true it is but im gonna assume it is) and surprise surprise everyone is happy

But when a sniper cant one shot people its a problem obviously from a more realistic pov it makes sense but I feel like for the game it should be the other way around right?

The sniper you cant see it coming,but with the pump,unless you get snuck up on,your gonna see it coming

To the the people happy about the pump change and mad about the sniper change... why
