What the heck happened in Toronto?!

I’ve listened to much of the audio, and Toronto is mentioned frequently. JD and AH are discussing their relationship and refer to their time in Toronto like something BIG or horrific occurred. I’m not able to kind any other details. Does anyone know if this has come up in testimony so far?
