Rebuilding rear cassette

Replacing HP Streetmachine cassette with an 11-42 Sunrace 10 sp. The increments are 11-13-15-18-21 etc. I’d like to modify the lower 4 loose sprockets to end up with 13-15-17-19-21- etc. Found a 10 sp 13 tooth 1st position on Amazon. Can’t find a 15 tooth 2nd position. Is there such a thing?
