Getting ready to purchase washer + gas dryer to be installed on the 2nd floor. This is what I can see on the roof.

The duct opening inside was sealed off on the surface with spray foam. I was able to break this foam off and can feel a draft, so there’s air flow. I blew it out as well as I could with my shop vac. Is there anything I need to check on the roof before going ahead with the installation? I don’t know when the last time a washer/dryer was installed here and I want to make sure it wasn’t closed off for a reason.
