Questions About Housing

I'm a transfer student for fall 2022 and I was wondering a few things about the housing assignments.

-When do students usually receive housing assignments? I've applied for east campus and promontory (though prom is at #9 on my list, east campus is #1-8).

-How decent is the wifi/cell service in the east campus apartments?

-Any safety concerns?

-Does the housing office do a relatively good job at placing you with people that match your preferences? For example, I'm asthmatic and can't share an apartment/dorm with a smoker.

-Do they do a good job at placing you in your preferred room? (single, double, etc.)
