Is it possible for a streamer to allow mods to skip donation/tts messages.

For example, if someone donates and does a tts message via bits, and they spam or are being annoying. Is it possible to delegate this responsibility to moderators so the streamer doesn’t have to open up their streaming app and skip mid game or something?
