[Question] How come everyone tries to buy things for so cheap?

I am just starting out trading, and have looked up the value of some items I have. However, when I look for people who want them (I'm using rocket-league.com/trading), everyone is looking to buy things that are worth 40+ credits for like 10. Am I looking in the wrong place?
