I have a theory

I just finished today's new video and at the end I heard Matt say something that has something just click. The absalate was stolen the same day Deb was murdered, by a woman with blonde hair. What if the woman that took the absalate was Chloe and she somehow unlocked the absalate to kill Deb with it and that's why Deb was so worried about it not being in your possession anymore.
