Not finding a buy button on Steam?

Hey all,

I'm trying to purchase this game in the US and I cannot seem to purchase the game (or the soundtrack), only download the Demo. Has anyone else experienced this? I'd like to keep the game under my steam account if possible for the achievements and such. I can't seem to find anyone else discussing having this issue though.
