100% back to office. deal breaker for you?

Recently with the govt announcement, many companies (including mine) have asked all employees to be back in office.

Are we back to ground zero after 2 years of WFH? What are your thoughts on it? Will you not choose a company that doesn't provide a hybrid working style?
