[TOMT] [Movie] 90s Anime of WW2 Bomber

I saw a video on YouTube a few years ago and I’ve been trying to find it again.

The video had two parts to it. The first part was a ww2 bomber being shot down during a lightning storm. There were parts where it would cut to the inside of the plane being shot by machine guns, along with some of the crew. I remember there being some intense visuals, and it had a lot of flashing colors. The second part was the same plane but rusted, teetering on the edge of a cliff in a jungle during I think another lightning storm. I’m pretty sure it showed the skeletons of some of the crew. There was some rock/metal music playing during the video. Sorry if my description sounded shaky my memory of the video is fuzzy.

Again, I saw this probably 2-3 years ago really late at night, so my memory isn’t the best. It was 2d animation from I’d guess the 80s or 90s. The video was in Japanese, I don’t know if there were any subtitles. The youtube video looked like a section from something much longer, I’m going to assume it was from a movie. I couldn’t tell you if the video was from a Japanese channel, but it is possible the video was auto translated by YouTube.

I saw this around the same time I watched Barefoot Gen, so I could be confusing parts of the two. The crew of the plane could have been depicted as American, but that could just be me thinking of the bomber scene from Barefoot Gen. I definitely remember this as a separate video from Barefoot Gen however. I feel like the title of the video was “something steel”, not twisted steel but close to it.

There was some rock/metal music playing, which I don’t know if that was added by the uploader. I also don’t know if the video was spliced from two different parts.

Any help would be much appreciated
