How to fit a fangan into the Danganronpa timeline. Please help.

I came up with a really good idea for where to start my fangan but I realized that without help I won't be able to figure out how to make it work. Plus my brain is simply not good at processing large amounts of information and all the intricacies of the Danganronpa timeline that I don't understand aren't making it any easier. If someone could help me figure out this whole thing in DMs I wouldn't be able to thank you enough. Dangan experts please reach out!
