ass cheek pimples?

So i’ve always been one to keep my nether region clean, hygienic and shaven. Recently I have been noticing that there’s a small area on my right cheek that started to show pimples. I’m not really sure if they’re classified as “pimples” because i saw something that it could just be clogged pores. I started getting them a couple months ago, it went from 1 and now there’s probably 8 scars. I haven’t changed my routine, apart from moving into a dorm this semester. I’m wondering if it’s because i’m sleeping with pants on? I’m coming on here because I wanted to know if anyone else experienced this, and if there are any solutions!
