Am I missing a cutscene?

I know there was the teaser cutscene 343 put out with the two lone wolves returning on YouTube. Was that supposed to play upon loading the cutscene? Or a longer version of it? Because the only thing I got was a Spartan telling me we're trying to lure an AI out by running a simulation? I'm confused. I have no context as to what's going on and I can't find anywhere in the menus that let's me play another cutscene.

EDIT: Problem solved. I was blind and/or dumb. Thank you 🙏
