Thoughts on Kross road bike?

Hey there, I'm looking for a new, budget road bike and can get this one locally for the equivalent of ~680 USD: https://kross.eu/en/bikes/road/road/vento-2-0-blue-silver-glossy

The parts seem very similar to other bikes in its price bracket (Shimano Claris, Alu frame, Alu/Carbon fork). I'd probably be getting slightly wider tires (e.g. 28-32mm, but still smooth), but those should fit according to the photos I've seen.
