Allergic to partner?

After extensive patch testing at the derm I found out I’m highly allergic to all fragrance in addition to all metals, even the smallest contact with an allergen causes a bad reaction on my skin. I’ve begun the tedious process of switching my products but I’m wondering if my partner (who I live with) should also switch to all fragrance free products as well? Is it possible for me to have a reaction if they’re wearing fragranced lotion for example ?
