Virginia residents please advise

I’m traveling to the south end of Virginia up past Bristol Tn to stay with family for a week. Recreational is legal but from what I understand no dispensaries? I have heard in some states and towns across the us there are services to buy other goods like t shirts or hats and receive free bud with your purchase and delivery services. Can anyone point me into some truth about it and if so any tips for areas would be appreciated
