Dull to severe pain all day in back teeth. Don’t smoke, drink occasionally. If I get cold water on it I experience EXTREME pain. I’ve had cavities before.

Haven’t been to the dentist in a while, they just freak me out in general as a good amount of people experience. The pain lasts all day if it’s there and sometimes there just isn’t any pain. Whenever I brush it usually makes it hurt for the day. I’ve been taking Advil for pain but sometimes it isn’t enough. I have all four wisdom teeth and 3/4 grew safely and I’m wondering if this last one is boring it’s way into my molar. I don’t exactly take great care of my teeth… Thoughts?

Side note: I’ve noticed a pressure in my temple along with the dull pain. Is that normal for a cavity?
