Any tips or tricks to get rid of cat urine smell?

I've used Nature's Miracle and Resolve products which specifically said it was for cat urine odour. It took away some of it but the smell is still lingering.

He peed on our laminate floor, the back of our suede couch and on the windowsill. He is a new addition to our family and was a little scared of his new surroundings and sounds. He's doing much better now though.

FYI am in Canada.
