I think I fell for a scam??

Yeah… on instagram.. I’m pretty nervous.. anyway.. I switched my email to this persons email they wanted, let it happen for 20 minutes… they said they would put it into a website… so I could gain access to a website.. (so damn stupid) But after so long I panicked..I changed everything, passwords and all.. and now I’m super spooked what trap I let myself fall into.. I’m really worried on what could be happening now… what advice does everyone have? I know I’m an idiot
