At 90% and waiting for HRL decision

I received my HLR call today. Trying to get Vertigo rating changed to 30%. If it’s raised, I’ll be at 100%. Hopefully I said enough during the call.

When I had my exam, I explained to the examiner that I have dizziness and staggering from vertigo. Any staggering with dizziness is 30%. I wasn’t having any symptoms during my exam, so she said, “Well I will at least get you something for it”, meaning 10%. I stated that I have been to the ER on 2 occasions and had CT scans for it and am unable to walk on occasions. I am just praying the decision comes back in my favor and this can finally be over with. The stress is overwhelming sometimes.
