When will my transactions on PayPal finish pending?

I’ve had PayPal for around 2 years but I made my first sales with PayPal a little less than a week ago. Two of the guys sent the money straight to my PayPal and another guy requested an invoice, which he as paid. All three of them are still pending. The packages that they guys bought haven’t been delivered yet, so could that be the problem? Or is it because PayPal is checking my account? If anybody could help me with this I’d appreciate it a lot.
