I would love a tool similar to EasyNPC, but for all textures

So I'm working on updating the textures for my modlist, which is consisting of me downloading all of the big texture packs, as well as individual textures, and comparing them using paint.net (having paint.net installed allows me to see a preview in file explorer) and then putting the specific textures/meshes I want into a personal mod that I will pack into a BSA when done. I would LOVE something like EasyNPC to do this more easily, but I can't imagine the work that would have to go into creating something like that...(...especially since sometimes there are meshes that need to be added too, but not always...)

If you don't use EasyNPC yet, you should really check it out, by the way! It makes picking and choosing your NPC overhauls incredibly easy.

Edit: Thank you to u/SassiestAssassin for pointing out that I can just preview in MO2! I missed that feature somehow in my many many (manymanymanymany) hours in MO2 lol.
