What's the suitable profile for MLOps Engineer?

We know that for data scientists a good profile would be a person that:

• Is always up to date with best ml models.
• have a deep knowledge in statistics and linear algebra.
• knows SQL, numpy, pandas.
• have good communication skills.

And how would be a good profile for MLOps Engineer ? Which hard skills and soft skills we should have ?
