CRPS--Misdiagnosed??

I had spinal fusion C3 to T2 --7 1/2 hour surgery but they kept me under for a total of 12 hours. Woke up in the ICU and asked what was wrong with my hands. IT is like I am wearing really tight gloves, pain, lost strength and fine motor skills. My hands are always white and I am told they are cold, cannot feel it unless I touch my face or something. After Nero surgeon blaming anesthesiology and vise versa after being told to way 4 weeks then 4 months and after I started pushing they ran a few tests said nothing was wrong from the surgery and that I have CRPS. Had to rehab myself they never got me into PT and OT only after a year. I have been told that you rarely wake up from surgery with it and it was neck surgery not any injury to my hands and it is bi-lateral. I am in pain, I do not want all the drugs they keep trying on me, I have a job and its hard to work. Any advice is welcome.
